-------------------------------

Today is Wednesday July 28th and it's a somewhat mild day today. Not to hot, not really bright and sunshiny....but not quite overcast. I get up and look out the window and just get this weird vibe....today is going to be strange, I can just feel it.

Today the plan is hitting MGM and Epcot as a group. Cousin (22), aunt and I get up, clean up and eat from the delicious spread in the lounge once again. I just love the array of fresh fruits...something about nice ripe fruit for breakfast...delicious! And I honestly cannot get enough of that tropical arange juice :D

We head to MGM thinking we will meet the other trio at the arranged time....We are supposed to meet them at Sid's One of a Kind Shop (on of my personal favorite stores...Im a movie geek). We wait and wait and wait....no show...we call their phone....My cousin (34) answers....

"you guys running late?" he asks
"What do you mean...we've been waiting for 30 min" I answer
"What? we're right here at Spaceship Earth"

Spaceship Earth? What is he talking about...?

"Dude, we're at MGM..."

.....silence.....

"oops"

We both laugh.

It seems he had a |"senior moment" and completly swapped our plans for the day. No big deal..we decide to stay on our own and meet up later.

So this trio is off for some MGM style fun. We head to Muppet*Vision 3D (GREAT shop by the way....tons of SWEET muppet gear...Im tempted to beef up my muppet toy collection...but fight the urge...). Millionaire is a favorite of ours as well...I am ALWAYS in the top 3 and can never seem to get over the hump....the one time I did, I was still a CM and couldnt play....now I desperatly want to....Im such a trivia geek...I would own that game...but to no avail.

We stroll through One Mans Dream...such a great attraction...I get teary eyed during the film at the end...it's so touching to me...until Ei$ner ruins it. but thats for another post i guess.
After stopping to watch some street performers...who pick on me (what is it with people picking on me this week??)...we decide it's time for lunch, but aunt has left her medicine in the hotel room. Okay, no big deal..so we head back to the Poly.

She takes her medicine and off to Kona Cafe...this is a really nice place to eat...we enjoy it. During lunch, my aunts cell phone rings...we can only hear the following:

"Hey.....What....? Oh my _____, are you okay?......oh that's horrible....do I need to take you to a doctor? ....oh, well, we'll be over there as soon as we can....."

Well, it turns out, my cousin was walking through the Living seas and started getting Dizzy. He started getting short of breath and feeling sick to his stomach, He got the kids and tried to find a soda outside and his vision started getting fuzzy..by now he doesn't know what to think so he gets to a seat and sends his daughter to find a drink.....yo usee, he's diabetic and this has the makings of something bad. He sips on a sprite for a bit, his sight comes back, but he feels sick in his stomach. So he gets the kids and once he feels he can walk they head for the bus and go back to the POP.

We rush over to his hotel and it smells like a nursing home. he's definatly got some kind of virus. The kids are sitting in the dark watching the Disney channel and their dad is laying on the bed looking wearer than anyone ever should.

At this point, the kids are getting kind of anxious, so cousin (22) and I offer to take them to the parks with us. Aunt decides to stay with the sickly one and care for him. So we brave the parks, two 22 year old guys with two wound up kiddos...this could have been a total sitcom. They had fastpasses for Test Track at Epcot that hadn't started when they left so we returned there.

My first observation...kids don't have as much patience as we did....I remember thinking a 30 minute wait was AWESOME...these kids think its an eternity. And I must say, between the four of us, we had some of the most random waiting in line conversations...mostly inside jokes and toilet humor :teeth: Man I love those kids.

We ride TT, and then Mission:Space..problem is Cousin (22) wont ride it, so I have the kids on my own and enjoy the 30 min adventure of keeping a brother and sister from killing each other, myself or other guests in line....but we have fun.

We take the kids to malestrom and Mexico....then some clouds start to loom overhead. The yenjoy the troll shop..so back to Norway we go, just in time to avoid the rain. We shop, I get some GREAT pictures of them with trolls and wearing the those horned helmets. Ofter the rain, we take them back to future world...we see the Living Seas, Imagination, the Land, ect. By about 7 the kids are really missing dad and worrying about him. We stop by the centorium and these wonderful little angels spend ther own money to buy their dad a get well gift. They are such caring kids....im so proud of them, I decide to buy them some toys of their own... Then its back to POP.

Needless to say, their dad loves his Mickey Mouse Plush holding a can of Mickey Coffee (he's a big coffee drinker). Luckily, he is feeling better (not good, but better). We leave the trio for the night and plan to meet up tomorrow. He ends up taking the kids to the gameroom at POP and then sitting by the pool while they swim. He's a real trooper and a GREAT dad.

We get to the van and decide we want to go to Whispering Canyon for Dinner, we call and make PSs for 8:30 and head to WL to look around and shop. Its such a wonderfully detailed place...some of my family stayed there last year and I spent one night there too..it is very nice. We love the Whispering Canyon. We eat, such GREAT food and wonderful atmosphere. There was a song and dance class visitng for some kind of performance...about 30 little girls, and their waiter, God Bless him, gets them all up and singing, dancing...haaving fun, but after 30 minutes it starts to rub on ones nerves. But none the less...Whispering Canyon is a Top notch dining experience.

After dinner we head back to the Poly and watch wishes from the balcony. Cousin and I sit in the lounge playing games into the wee hours of the morning. What a pleasant evening. We're all concern about my cousin...hopefully everything is better now...I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

Well thats all for now..thanks for tuning in, hope you enjoyed...
