We just decided today we want to go June 6-9th. Short trip for us, but very last minute for us too.
Well, me being me, I can not stand that Member Services is closed today!!!
Did anyone get waitlisted for those dates at VWL already?

Forgive my ignorance, but what does this mean? We are looking at buying into DVC and wonder if this is something that would effect when we should purchase.

DVC tends to the busiest when points are lowest - so people wanting a vacation in June will book the first week the most competitively, since the points per. night is higher after June 10th.

This is one of the reasons early December is such a competitive time to book DVC. In general, value season and holidays are the most difficult reservations to get without planning ahead.

What starbox said. Check the DVC Points Charts at the top of the page. Seasons don't change too much except for some locations and Easter. Wherever points are lower, it gets harder to book something closer to the date.

Okay, thanks! I thought it meant that DVC was going to change their point per night, which might effect people who aren't owners yet. Glad to know that's not the case!

I would think you might have a better shot at VWL in May. You never know until you make the call.
