June UY...when to book Thanksgiving 2013?

If we want to go to WDW Nov 18 2013 and we have a June UY, is Dec 18 our first day to book? And then am I able to book all the way to the 24th? Thanks for your help...we are VERY new to DVC (in fact have not yet went "home" for our first visit!).

Dec 18 and book up to seven nights Nov 18 to 25 at home resort. Your "current" use year points for that trip will be June 2013 points. Thus, if you have June 2012 points that you want to use for that trip you would need to bank them before reserving.

Thanks! We already banked 2012 for our upcoming June 2013 for 2 weeks at BL. It leaves up with 102 points for 2013 that rather than bank, we thought a quick trip at thanksgiving would be perfect to use them up!
