okay,so if one has multiple EE then you suggest using your first EE to do nemo if it is offered or if it isn't offered to wait anyways using up one of your EE days, right?
I think it depends on when you are going. Feedback after June 11 will be helpful and I am looking forward to everyone's reports the first couple weeks with regard to Nemo Subs. With the limited information at hand, I would suggest these categories have different priorities:
1. Those with multiple EE days and Nemo Subs
are open during EE
2. Those with multiple EE days and Nemo Subs
are not open during EE
3. Those with a single EE day and Nemo Subs
are open during EE
4. Those with a single EE day and Nemo Subs
are not open during EE
5. Those with no EE days and Nemo Subs
are open during EE
6. Those with no EE days and Nemo Subs
are not open during EE
How does Nemo affect these people? IMO here is how:
1. Those with multiple EE days and Nemo Subs
are open during EE
You should use at least one of your EE days to go straight to Nemo and ride it. If you want to ride Nemo more than once, it is your call whether to use multiple EE days on Nemo or get a second ride first thing on a non-EE day.
2. Those with multiple EE days and Nemo Subs
are not open during EE
You should either ride it first thing on a non-EE day (preferable IMO) or use part of one of your EE days to get in line at Nemo before the regular park hours begin.
3. Those with a single EE day and Nemo Subs
are open during EE
IMO, do not waste your EE hour on this ride. Ride it first thing on a non-EE day.
4. Those with a single EE day and Nemo Subs
are not open during EE
Some people with EE will get in line for Nemo during their EE time, so you will have to burn EE time to wait in this line. Not worth it IMO. So same answer as #3 above - ride it on a non-EE day.
In summary, if you have one EE day you should ride Nemo first thing on a non-EE day whether Nemo is open during EE or not.
5. Those with no EE days and Nemo Subs
are open during EE
6. Those with no EE days and Nemo Subs
are not open during EE
Both of these are the same. Ride Nemo first thing on a non-EE day if possible. If not, go there first and wait it out.
Other overall caveats. June 11 and 12 (both EE days) will be especially bad for Nemo lines and if you can avoid Nemo these days you should. On June 11 especially expect to see people camped out over night (i.e., camped out on the evening of June 10) waiting in line to get into DL.
For the first two Sundays (non-EE days) the lines outside the DL gates in the morning will be LONG. Get to the DL gates earlier than you normally would (I would get there at least 45 minutes early on these days) or just go to DCA on these days.
Remember that local AP holders have the luxury of dedicating as much time as necessary for this
one ride. They can come anytime and other rides will not be a priority on these days. If they have to wait four hours in line, or get to DL at 5AM to get in line at the gates, they will be willing to do that.
After June 29 the super long lines at the gates in the mornings (mostly AP holders) should be over until late August because of the AP blackouts.

Here is an excerpt from Darkbeer, post #10. DB is a knowledgable local AP holder.
We have three main types of park visitors
Regular Visitors (now mostly AP holders)
The person who only visits rarely (mainly out of town tourists)
Cast Members.
Now, let's take care of the CM's first, hopefully most CM's will get a chance to ride while Disney tests the attraction, works on loading issues, etc., since DOSH regulations allow CM's to ride even if DOSH hasn't signed off on the ride. So hopefully we won't have many off-duty CM's standing in the lines. CM's are blocked out on July 4th, and then July 13th thru August 19th.
There is a big difference between Regular Visitors (AP holders) and the out of town guests, and that is the AP holder has for the most part pretty much experienced the entire park and all of its attractions (at least the ones they are interested in), while a visitor hasn't seen most of the park or hasn't seen it in years, so there is a desire to make sure and get to see a lot of things.
On the other hand, regular visitors will see the Sub Lagoon commercials (since most live in the SoCal area) and will make a special trip just to ride the Subs (and of course, check out other favorites).
So you have two groups of people, with two very different values in regards to the wait time.
The visitors will have a much shorter wait time maximum. If they see 2 hours, there is a much higher possibility that they will decide to go see and ride other things instead of waiting.
On the other hand, the folks who go to the park JUST to ride the subs (AP holders and CM's who didn't get to ride during the CM previews) will wait a much longer time, as that was the reason they showed up. At some point, even most AP holders won't be willing to wait, but I would say that 4 hours will be agreeable to many AP holders just to get a chance to see the ride.
Now, most AP holders are either SoCal or SoCal select AP holders, and they have limited dates to see Finding Nemo prior to being blocked out for the summer.
The regular SoCal AP is blocked out for about half of June, all of July and most of August.
So here are the dates that SoCal AP holders have a chance to ride, based on the ride opening June 11th.
Monday, June 11th
Tuesday, June 12th
Sunday, June 17th
Monday June 18th
Tuesday, June 19th
Sunday June 24th thru Friday, June 29th.
The next day that the SoCal AP's can enter without buying a blockout pass is Sunday August 19th.
And based on the long lines for the first few days that Pirates was open last June, the lines dropped in size on the first day the SoCal AP's were blocked out.
So, my educated guess, Wednesday June 13th lines will be shorter than the 11th or 12th, but I still see a long line on the 13th, but still noticeably shorter than a day that the SoCal's can attend. I think the 17th and the 24th will be the two days with the longest wait, due to the combination of a weekend and SoCal AP's can enter.
