June surcharge and DDP

Do I have to worry about the June Surcharge if I have the DDP.

No, as long as you're on the DDP, you are covered by the surcharge.

May be a silly question, but what is this surcharge? I have some friends going next month who are on the DDP, but have a couple 2TS meals, so they will be paying for a couple meals OOP.

No. The dining plan covers the surcharge. The surcharge is usually an extra $4-6 dollars around the Holidays. I know, June is not officially a Holiday, but they roll Father's Day, and July 4th together and call it "Holiday Pricing". They do the same thing around Easter.

Is it only those restaurants? I had read on here earlier that it was all buffet meals.
