June Park Strategy - HELP!

Just booked my first trip to Disney with my boyfriend for June 3-7, we're staying at the Dolphin. This will be my first time staying on-site, but have been to Disney many times, this will be my boyfriend's first trip in 26yrs!

Hoping you all might be able to help out with a few questions regarding park strategy and maximizing our time. We only plan on going to the parks for two days. We're looking to hit the marquee attractions at the parks and aren't too interested in in-park dining or children's attractions, as we'll be child-free for the trip.

1) Are Fridays or Sundays typically more crowded in early June? I know Friday is still a work day for those not on vacation, so was hoping this might keep the crowds down.

2) I'm thinking of doing HS and Epcot on Fri and AK and MK on Sun. HS has the park with most amount of rides that we would like to do, so was thinking this might be best on a Fri, if Fridays are slower? The easy twalk between HS/Epcot and Dolphin would also allow for us to do some pool time in the afternoon. Do AK and MK make sense to do together on a Sunday, what is typical closing time for MK on a Sunday evening in the summer?

3) Walking from Dolphin to HS, what time can you line up at the gate in the morning for rope drop?
