JMouse...hope it was a good 4 day weekend birthday!!!

Congrats on the double digits MKY! that is exciting.

thank you.. its was great.. spent alot of time with my boyfriend..

but some news on mine and sis's trip.. school starts on august 6th, which is werid, school here tends to start the 2nd week in august and in the middle of the week... so we are both confused on that part. and she wants to be here with her son for his first day of school, very understandable.. so i gotta see if i can move up our vacation a few days.. hopefully i can.. i guess if need be, if i cant change the dates i can get my boyfriend to go. but i really would like to go with my sister again.

update: i did my research now and discovered that if its 44 or less days till arrival there is a $50 fee, so im assuming if over 44 days there is no fee.. and with me planning so far in advance might come in handy here, and there will be no fee for changing the days.... we are looking at July 24-August 5th

another thing i thought on is. moving up mine and Ronnie's vacation to disney.. i can wait to see the lights till we move down there..but i love the ultra short lines in beginning of september. Its great that time of year.. no waiting.. only time it gets busy during that time is after 4pm!! so thats a pretty good day long of no-almost no waiting time..not to mention cheaper.. lol

jmouse, you must have a package. That is one of the reasons I dislike packages. Room only > cancel 5 days before for full refund. ;)
You are really in planning mode. So, your planning on moving there with ronnie? How exciting.

EE22, thank you. :thumbsup2

i do have a package... but its still over 200 days in advance.. so thank gawd for my planning.. lol..

yeah.. probably after we have our disney trip, a few months later we will go down on a none disney trip(OMG! is there a such thing?!!?) and look at apartments and such.. he gets out of the military on march 25th 2014.. and he wants the hell out of here.. and he hates the cold and snow as much as i do!! we pretty much dream of living in Florida..:dance3:

update: well i will probably have to call disney back.. its another $265 more than what i already had... but i looked at my vacation planning guide from disney and its not in a different season, its the same one as i had before so i dont understand why its more..

:yay: Happy Sunday! :yay:

JMouse, Not sure why either, I would call and ask. Happy Planning. :wizard:

We are almost down to 3 months I can't believe it. But, I will be VERY happy to be out of 2011. :thumbsup2

JMouse, we are far from rich. My secret is certainly GREAT planning & savings. I am offered ALOT of Overtime [way more than I like] That is definately a plus. Also we choose what to spend on during the year. Skip movies or activities during the year to save. My job = nurse. But being single income > it is a lot of strategy. ;)

JMouse, are you in school at all now?

Its alot of work, but something to think about. Even 1 class a week at Jr. College is so worth it. Opens up your choices. Nursing is still a career, obtainable from Junior college and the pay is soooooooooooo much better now then when I started. And you can get a job just about anywhere. Just something to think about. :confused3

But, someday I aspire to be the walmart greeter. With no ones life in my hands. So it is a trade off. ;)
