HAPPY 4TH JULY WEEKEND!!!

has been seziure free for 24 hrs.

TP2, I had gotten up for laudry and totally missed the "bird". Saw it later but I really like the judge.

Watching closing arguements today. Prosecution did well, don't think Jose is doing as well. I feel for one of the jurors. They said they had 4th july plans in england vacation. Guess they are missing that. This has really messed with there life. I think she will be guilty but not for premediated. Personally I think it is premediated but, not sure what the jury heard will lead to it.

MKY: So glad to hear about Vader.

I think the "bird" was one of the highlights of the entire trial!!! It was so funny.

Also watching the closing arguments today. I agree that Biaz is bombing but at the same time I don't think he has much to go with. Watching now to see what else he can possibly say. I agree that I think it was premeditated but unsure how the jury will rule.

The juror going away needs to leave on the 7th so that is the reason for the rush this weekend. If they have a quick deliberation it could be over tonight. But who knows. DH thinks there will be at least 1 person that will not want to give death and there will be a hold up.

Good news on Vader.

Keep me up on the news I have been pretty much news free and I want to keep it that way. I just cannot handle the bad news...not even the weather channel anymore.

We went to Transformers last night...good, totally not real movie with a happy ending...that's what I like

The Earth will move soon DL11 may get some stuff ready. For the week, she has pulled out one shirt

sort of in...now I wish we were gone mode...last year we were at IOA venturing towards HP on today's date. That movie looks amazing! I hope DS and DL11 will let me tag along otherwise I might be lost during the movie!

TP2, This is worse than the OJ trial. It will never end. The jurors where falling asleep cause that 2nd defense guy was sooooooooooooooo boring. I think Baze was better. They should of just went for it and finished tonight.

EE22, your right. Sometimes you just want to go to a movie and get lost. Have fun and wind up happy. Just what you need with all your stresses.

MKY, & TP2- watched the closing aruments as well, the Prosecution case is very compelling !!....The Woman Prosecutor brought it all home today, bY showing the last video of her Dancing at a club with friends, and the the "Bella Vita" tattoo !!

Congrat's everyone on the countdowns!

Tomar, She was really good. I thought jeff ashton came on strong again this morning and then a little worried when he handed off to the female DA. But she was V e r y compeling. I would of voted as soon as we got in the jury room. That ending was perfect. Made the defense seem less experienced or less knowledgeable then the DA's. But they said the DA had done several big death cases. Florida, is one state you do not want to do anything bad in. They like to use the death penalty. Illinois > we had one and never used it and now its on hold indefinately. We live near the big prison here {stateville}. [Kinda well know] >> In the blues brothers movie "joliet jake" and "elwood" > jake came out of the "old" prision in the beginning of the movie. We used to have a lot of protester's here when a case was getting close. But, they shut it down.
Hope your feeling better and up to your trip. Remember, take it easy, rest and fluids. Put your feet up.

mky-...Almost ready ! ....Helping Mr. Tomar now ....Im feling good (thank you so much for asking )......and I will be keeping my feet on a lounge chair as much as possible !!
I was watching as the defense lawyers were leaving today....Mr. Tomar and I said, AAAHHHH.....the Florida sun was "a-shine-in" !!!
I think it is good that Fla. has a strict judicial system, the folks that live there should feel confident in that.
I honestly don`t know how that family will be able to live in that house after all this....

tomar, I thought the same thing. 1st thing I would do is move. And change my appearance, maybe even name. They will have a long rode ahead of them. Too bad to. They didn't do anything. I didn't believe what she said about them. They just loved and spoiled their kids. And certainly not the only people in the usa to do that. Maybe their neighbors support them and they will stay there. I keep wondering if its near anywhere we have been in orlando. Looked like a nice neighborhood. Kinda ironic too the name of the street was "hopesprings". Sad.

mky - yes...looked like a nice development ....they will need alot of support after all of this....I felt like crying just listening to how the mom was saying that she couldn`t live without her granddaughter....I know how much love is in my heart too, and its soooo sad !!...I feel very badly for them

I watched ET last night and now I should even stay away from that news!! I saw that William and Kate will be in LA NEXT WEEK!! I about had a cow. They are going to be done on the 10th. WOW...can't even imagine....

no news for me not even ET. So keep me up on the trial.

DH sat on a jury and he was amazed at how people couldn't convict someone. His was an armed robbery case and they found out later the guy had been in jail for it before...there were a few that didn't want to give a guilty verdict. Murder has to be over the top.

DL11 has some shirts picked outhopefully she will take shorts as well.....

We had timer light trauma here too last night

I have three timers...first one I tried...no go didn't work. They are old with the little pegs you stick in to turn the light on and off. So, I tried the next one and I think that will work. But needed another for the other light so tried the 3rd one...it's much older and just has one time for each day...not fancy like the other one. I plug in the cord from the lamp...then it won't come out! wow...not good. DH finally gets it out and I cannot remove the peg from the timer...he finally pulls it out even though I tell him I'm never using it since it's messed up...the peg falls into the garbage disposal. Wow...not good!!

Only have one working...guess I'll hit Wally World tomorrow or Friday!

So...hopefully I'll have this resolved before we leave.

Getting excited now. Ordered our groceries too.
