Wow you guys are up early. My kids are finally off from school (Friday 6/23 was our last day) so they are all still asleep. I got out of bed to have some alone time but DD2 will have NONE of that! She got up right behind me. Have a great day everyone.

EE - I got the pics of Day 2 @ MK & they are sooooo super cool! What time did you get in MK??? I've never seen the street completely empty like that! WOW! I love the pic of you & Eyeore!

D of D - You are a blonde version of me!!! I am 34, about 5'2" "pooh-sized" with curly DARK BROWN hair (almost black). I read your description laughing.

I talked to DH this morning & he seems to think we're rolling out aroun 4:00 AM Saturday ...... we'll see ...... we've got 3 kids to load up you know! I figured we'd get out somewhere around 4:30-5:00. We like to get there early. Unfortunately, we don't have a laptop so I can't log on or share pics. I wish I could. I guess we'll have to share when we come back!

EE - send me another email & let's see if we can figure out a time/place to meet up!

hiya mouseaddicts! I thought you left for wdw already. Be careful driving! Have a great time. You must be in a packing frenzy!

TP2> Yes i am not only a disneyfile, but am insomniac too. I actually woke at 3am. Then work called and cancelled me at 5am, but am still "on call" so i guess i am working right now. Making $2.50 an hour! Wow i would so prefer not to be on call. And beware, we are sending some bad storms your way. Great lightening show nite before last and alot of rain.

I book ADRs for 8:00 and we get on the first bus in the morning. I have awesome pics of the Tree of Life from this morning. I will do those later.

We rode Everest today. It's AWESOME!!!

I am confused on what time to be at the bus stop for Epcot, but I'll just wing it I guess. I've never not gone on an EMH hour so they only open at 9...I suppose those there will be early busses for breakfasts too though. Guess I just answered my own question

We've had a great day so far. FUN!! Everest is awesome. The view from up there is very cool. The pics from the bridge from Africa of the mountain are neat.

More later. DD is going to swim.

So glad you are having a wonderful trip. It makes me even more excited for ours next month.

We had a great day today here. We had a birthday party at a small local amusement park, only like 10 rides. But DD2 loved everything as well as the older kids, which I expected. The baby would not get off of rides. What a difference a year makes. She is going to have a ball this year at WDW.

EE2: Just saw day 3 pictures. Now I so want to move my ADRs around so I can get to the parks early (like they just may be available anyway). I told DH about how empty the parks are when you get there and he said yeah like we can really get all 3 kids out and there by 8:00am. Then I said that you were at the bus stops by 7:00am and he laughed. He said we would need to start getting ready for bed by 3:00 in the afternoon to be up and out that early. I am afraid he is right. My kids don't operate on less than 12 hours sleep. I guess I will have to live out my empty park dreams through your wonderful pictures. Maybe in my next life when I am a morning person and not a night owl. Gotta tell you that I am really loving your pictures every night. It is giving me something to look forward to at the end of the day.

EE2--> Thanks so much for sharing the AK pictures with me! It was great to put a face with the "name" and to be able to have a little taste of WDW as we approach the single digit countdown!

We're not planning on bringing a laptop with us, so we'll have to wait and post our pics with our trip report when we get back. If any of you want to PM me your email address, I'll also send you our photo albums once I upload them after we've returned.

Today we are off to MGM!! ToT and RnR. Should be fun.
We saw the other stuff besides BB on Sunday so should be an easy day today. Riding Everest...get there early! We had a great day yesterday. We walked 11 miles

Yep, we're in the final countdown stages now ........ can't wait!!!

DH was surfing the disboards last night while I was rolling beach towels .... I looked at him & said "man, all this packing must be really hard on you!" I've been packing for a week!! The good news is that the DS6 & DD9 are completely packed. DD12 comes back Friday, so I'll have to finish her suitcase when she arrives Friday night. I put the last of the needed laundry for me & DH in the dryer last night, so we're close........

My goal is to only have the cosmetic bags to pack Friday night. We'll have the car completely packed by the time we go to bed Fri (hopefully early) so we can just get up & roll Saturday!

I put fresh batteries in all the handheld stuff last night .... fans, light up toys, etc. DH was shocked that we had to buy 2 packs of 20 batteries for our trip! Three kids with fans, light ups, etc. each plus the digital camera ......... just adds up!

Okay, I'll check my email from the office & see if I got EE22's latest pics .... can't wait!!!

HEY!!! Today we did the new Play n Dine at MGM...yup to get into the parks early!!! GueSS WHAT??? We were the First Family and we opened the park. It was fun. We were able to ride the car down Sunset Blvd and were the first ones on RnR. It was a blast! DS14 (15 in Aug) was such a good sport at HV this morning!! What a trooper. We went on ToT. I'd never been. I was fun. I look freaked on the pic. I'll scan when we get home. Pics are still uploading.

EE2: Really loving your pictures. Thank you so much for sharing. I can't believe you opened MGM today. Was the parade new this year? I don't remember seeing all that last year but we did have a pretty bad spot. I also don't remember seeing Mike and Sully from Monsters Inc. I could not find them last year. I am going to have to print that spread sheet that lists where all the characters are. You guys look like you are have a great time. Keep it up and try to SLEEP a little bit. I am so happy you guys will be there through July 5. I thought you were there for a week and was feeling sort of sad that it was half way through. You guys still have plenty more fun ahead of you.

EE22> Your pictures are wonderful! Your family is very photogenic! And getting a lot of characters. What time do you guys crash at nite, your up so early? I hope my nephew will be getting up ok too. We like to go in am very early also, not sure if kids really like this stragedy?

TP2> I have been looking at the beach coverup on the disney web site. Its in the outlet and a nice low price, wondering if it will make it to me in 4 weeks? Might order it tonight. I need a new coverup. Oh well, I guess if not, i could use it in october.

Dof D, or EE22, or anyone else: know where there are instructions how to post pictures? Or a free site ? Sis wants to do this we so far just have our old ones on dvd- things? or is it cd-things? Tell I am not the technical one.

MKY: You should definately get a package from Disney shopping within 4 weeks. I order all the time and usually get my package within 1 week. Even when I get things monogramed.

Sorry you had a long day at work. Being a nurse is really hard work, I had a couple of bouts in the hospital and I definately think being a nurse takes a special person. There are not enough people out there that can do that job well.

You can get packing with only 4 weeks left. We still have 7 weeks to go so I think I should wait at least 3 weeks before taking out the luggage.

I know that I can't wait for the trip but I am also enjoying all of the planning along the way.

I am pretty sure the Play n Dine is the new character meal at MGM with Little Einsteins and Jojos Circus. It is held at Hollywood and Vine and they only started it this month. I believe June 9 was the first offering.

Sulley and Mike are by the ABC Commissary...there are times posted on the time chart that they have at the front of the park.

They are still taking walk ins at Play N Dine because very few people know about it. If it works in your schedule, call dining before you go if you want. The food is good.

Today is a wing it day. We've done the parks so we are going shopping today and doing whatever we feel like.

TP2 > Thanks for the nice words about nursing. Today is my anniversary of my 1st day, working as an RN. 26yrs! yikees. (all full time too). Easy part is that I have always worked in Pediatric's and now (last 6yrs) a Peds unit and a Pediatric ICU too, (combined unit). Worse part of the job, parents without sleep. Best part: I cannot have children, so I spend my days with others.
