June free dining plan upgrade

Hi,

I booked 2 rooms with free quick meals at Pop for June through an email offer I received, I booked it on Tuesday 3/13. I called today to upgrade to the dining plan but was told I can't because there are no more rooms with this deal available at the resort (I would have to wait and see if there are any cancellations). It is only an upgrade, what do the rooms have any thing to do with it, I already have 2. The deadline to book is 3/31, if I wait until after the deadline will I be able to upgrade?

I would call again you should not have that much trouble getting a different meal plan.

I would call back because it sounds like the CM you spoke with misunderstood, was uninformed or confused. Just explain that you want to pay to upgrade from the free Quick Service to the regular or deluxe DDP. You will have to pay the difference in the cost of the 2 plans. Hopefully you will get a more knowledgeable CM this time.

Call back and be very specific that you only want to upgrade the dining plan, not the rooms.
