Hi all,

I've been lurking here for a few weeks, and I wanted to thank everyone for all the tips and info! I will be travelling with my bf (both adults) to Orlando between June 26 and July 6 from Newfoundland, Canada. It's my first time in Florida so I'm really excited and my type A personality means I'm trying to plan everything (bf thinks I'm nuts)! The travel dates are pretty much set, as I'm a teacher so I don't have a lot of flexibility to go in the off-season.

We are not doing Disney, but we are going to buy a 14-day Flex ticket for Universal Studios, Seaworld, Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens, Aquatica, and Wet n Wild. We're trying to get all of them in, although we will probably leave out one of the water parks. We are also hoping to get to Titusville to see the space shuttle launch on June 28th, so that day is a designated no theme park day :)

My questions are:

1) When would be the best days to do IoA and Universal Studios?

2) I was thinking of buying an express pass for the day we do IoA, but was hoping it wouldn't be necessary for Universal Studios?

3) How busy should we expect Seaworld / Busch Gardens to be as compared to Universal Studios / IoA? We're hoping that the lines won't be quite as long.

4) Which waterpark should we got to? I'm leaning towards Aquatica? I'm not a strong swimmer and some of the rides at Wet n Wild look kinda scary!

4) Is there anything else you think we should try to do or fit in? BF wants to do Medieval Times and I was thinking of doing Gatorland.

Thanks so much!

My questions are:

1) When would be the best days to do IoA and Universal Studios? It's busy everywhere in the summer...just stay away from July 4th weekend!

2) I was thinking of buying an express pass for the day we do IoA, but was hoping it wouldn't be necessary for Universal Studios? I would wait until you arrive to see how the lines are before spending the money. Try to arrive early and you should be able to do several attractions w/o much of a wait.

3) How busy should we expect Seaworld / Busch Gardens to be as compared to Universal Studios / IoA? We're hoping that the lines won't be quite as long. All local parks are busy during the summer and again...stay away from July 4th weekend.

4) Which waterpark should we got to? I'm leaning towards Aquatica? I'm not a strong swimmer and some of the rides at Wet n Wild look kinda scary! Aquatica is fun...I think you'd really enjoy it. Just keep this in mind...the park has capacity issues and tends to close due to capacity in the summer so get there early!

4) Is there anything else you think we should try to do or fit in? BF wants to do Medieval Times and I was thinking of doing Gatorland. Sounds like you have everything covered. Maybe work in a game or two of mini golf one evening.

Thanks so much!
