It's only a month away! Woo Hoo! Guess I'll have to have a party all by myself!!

It sure will be lonely all by ourselves on the ship!!

Great! I was beginning to wonder about our cruise on the Wonder!

And your first post, too! Welcome to the DIS!!

This will be our first Disney cruise and the first cruise for our children 13/9. If you have any helpful hints for me that would be great.

We will be there too. We are doing DW first and then the cruise. This will be our third cruise, second trip to DW. I have a ds age 10. I am so excited I can't stand it.

We will be going on to DW after the cruise. We are very excited here too! Will be nice to meet up with others, if possible also.

We will be on the Wonder on the 22nd also. We are spending 4 days at DW first then on to the cruise. We are very excited since this will be our first cruise. It's also a suprise to the children 7/8 which makes it that much more exciting!! They think we are making the yearly trip to Myrtle Beach. They are going to be a little shocked

Hi!! Sorry I haven't posted in the lately but I just returned from a week in New Orleans, visiting my parents.

Our cruise will be here before you know it. Our cruise docs arrived while I was away.

terib: The best helpful hint I can give is to keep reading all the great posts on the DIS!! You can probably find anything and everything you ever wanted to know and more!! If you have any questions, feel free to ask! On this cruise it will be me, dh and my mom and dad. We can't wait!!!

pudding25 - We will be heading off to WDW for four days after the cruise.

swcruiser - I have a ds age 9 who is really excited about going and spending time in the Oceaneer Lab. However, also have a dd/14 yr. who is not so easy to amuse -- imagine that.

lucas - Thanks for the helpful hint. I have spent a lot of time reading posts already. I'll be blurry eyed by the time I end up on the ship.

I know what you mean! But it is true that the planning is half of the fun. Let's enjoy this time to be excited cause once on the cruise - it flies by!!

Is anyone dressing up like a pirate on Pirate's Night? Dh will wear his pirate t-shirt but other than that we probably won't.

But - Pirate Night was one of the highlights of our December cruise. I loved seeing the fireworks off of the ship. It was really festive with the dancing on deck and the buffet was good too! They even served turkey legs on the buffet!

We won't be going all out for pirate night. We have some earrings,tatoos, and masks left from last year. Also when we did the west coast cruise last year one of the guys made this bright (and I mean bright) green shirts with our names, screen names, a small pirate on the front and a really big pirate on the back. We will probably just wear that.

I am looking forward to getting pics on pirate night. Camera battery died last year. I will be charging it before the evening. What night is pirate night, does anyone know?

Pirate night is the 2nd night of the cruise. (That day is the port day in Nassau.)

Is anyone planning on pin trading? Dh and I love to pin trade and will be going to the nightly pin trading sessions. Maybe we'll see you there!

Do you know about what time the fireworks start on pirate night? I am afraid we have a massage scheduled at the same time and we might miss them We are definitely looking forward to those turkey legs!!!

I don't remember the time of the fireworks, but the Pirate Night Party was from 9:45-11:30pm. The fireworks were towards the end of the party - maybe someone else can confirm the exact time.
