We just checked in. We went to the desk, no line. We got the car for $126 which was cheaper *BONUS*. Thank you all. Much love.

So our trip is over. We arrived on the 8th about 1.5hrs later than our reservation due to delays. We returned out car 2 hours early due to bad weather. When we picked up the car it was $126. $3 cheaper than my reservation. I was very happy with that. When we dropped it off, since it was early Alamo charged us $3.02/hr instead if a full day. We waked away paying $119 for a full size for 1 week. Thank you, thank you, thank you ALL.

It pays to wait! I'm going on a 3 day trip the 26th-28th and just checked around today at rental quotes:

Best price is with Advantage (in the Sanford airport, womp womp) for $71 TOTAL with discount code DC3130


Everyone else is about 10-15 bucks more total, and just two and three days ago the prices were about 20-30 bucks higher!

I just returned after 8 days
used the Alamo VISA $30 off code
AD 2338FDF, when I returned the car yesterday the $30 wasn;t taken off even though I paid with my VISA like stated in e coupon...so now I get to play the 3 day waiting game for an Alamo rep to call me back......UGH....ALWAYS seems I have to call ALAMO when I return from vacation........
PAIN..........looks like renting with Dollar again next trip

I'm going back Jan 11-18 and am playing the cheapest rate game again
