CAN"T WAIT TO GO

Good thing we have Spring Break next week or I would become unbearable

:yay::yay::yay::yay::yay:

Fish extenders....tempted but really trying to pack light....so worried about lugging a bunch of stuff there and worse, lugging it back
What sorts of things do you put in it?

Booked our flights and hotel. We'll be staying at the Novotel in Barcelona. Sooo excited!!!

any one have advice on transfers to cruise ship....I've been reading a couple of horror stories.

Personall what I would do is do a google seach and see what companies come up for transfers and choose from there. Then I would go on trip advisor under the Barcelona forums and either search there for that company or post a new question about them. The reason I say go to Trip advisor is that people over there travel often to Barcelona and can offer more advice

Anywhere in Europe the best thing to do it to agree on a price before getting into a cab. It if is a metered cab make sure the meter is on and request a receipt.
This is what I normally do.

This time around we booked air through DCL as they had the best price, their airfare includes the transfers

I know what you mean about packing light but my DD's would not be happy if I nixed it. I'm going small and compact. Haven't decided yet on what it will be....magnets, pencils, silly bands, pirate tatoos.....maybe a snack item so recipients and just enjoy it and not have anything to bring home. I need to figure it out.

So of course tonight is 90 days out ( 9:00 pm Pacific time ) DH and I have to go to a fundraiser tonight. I've already told him I'll be in the Ladies Room at 9:00. Just can't figure out how to to fit the iPad into one of my little purses. I'll be stuck with the phone I think.

Not so worried about Palo dinner, with 11 nights we should all be able to enjoy dinner there. I'd just like to try brunch or tea this time. We didn't get to on our last cruise.

I just went in to check availablity and for the tea seems to be sold out. You can always try and put your name on a waitlist when you board the ship. I would make that the first stop once onboard

Brunch - there is still availability on day 7. Day 11 has some but limited

Dinner seems to be wide open

I'm so sad about tea. Hopefully there will still be some brunches left tonight...

Thank you for checking! Brunch would be great and then I can save tea as an excuse for another cruise... right? :rotfl2:

I won't be able to stay up until midnight tonight to book a brunch, so I guess we'll have to take our chances and wait until tomorrow!

You are awesome, thanks for this info! Yes, I actually just called DCL and they said they would possibly open up brunch on a port day, but we wouldn't know till we were on the ship. Good Luck everyone!:goodvibes
