Okay u guys,
The meet and greet- We were all planning to meet somewhere the first day that we board the ship. This way we can know who is who before we start the dance coreography and we can see what everybody is like. I don't think that we should do it during the REAL meet and greet because you guys should probably go and eat and spend that time with your family. However, we need to do it BEFORE THE BOAT DRILL AND BEFORE THE SAIL AWAY PARTY. You will probably want to spend that time with your families or in your state room or roaming around the ship etc. So, does anybody know what time the boat drill is? Don't reply to that question if you are not 99.9% positive on what time it is. The sail away party is about 9:00 or 10:00. So, everybody needs to talk to their parents and see what would be the best time to do JUST OUR meet and greet and see when we can do it. I think we have aggreed that we are going to do it between the two stores right infront of the theater on like the 2nd or 3rd floor. Talk to your parents and see. We ALL need to know who is doing what like NOW because people (katie for example) are leaving to go to other places before we get on the cruise. I know I am going to Lake Erie before and Katie is going to Paris. So get your info in A.S.A.P.!!!
Also, Sunday morning is when we do the coreography, I will bring my i-pod and speakers to practice with. JUST INCASE, If anybody else has that song on their I-pod or mp3 player and they have speakers for it please bring it with you. The tank top/cami/t-shirt color is YOUR CHOICE bring whatever color you want. (PLEASE MAKE IT A BRIGHT COLOR) Also bring your black gauchos. If anybody has an extra pair of black gouchos, please please please bring them. You never know what could happen and It's better to be safe than sorry.
If you have any questions/comments/concerns, post them IMMEDIATLEY or this is the plan that we are going with because of the fact that somepeople leave the thread this week and will no longer be able to check it.
Thanks for your time in reading this,
Claire
