I went through quite a few pages of meet threads and did not see one posted yet for the 4-day Wonder departing June 15, 2008, so thought I'd start one.

This will be our 2nd Disney Cruise. We did the 7-day Western in Feb 2006 and had a fantastic time, despite the lousy weather.

Cruising are myself, DW, and 4 kids who will be DD (14), DS (11), DS (almost 9), DS (almost 7) by the time next June rolls around.

The opportunity to go to CC twice sounds great, although I will miss the day at sea. We are following up the 4-day with 10 days at our DVC villa at OKW. Looking forward to this awesome 2 week vacation!

Hope to see some names added to the list soon!

Woo hoo, finally found someone going when we are. It will be me, dh, ds(14 then), dd 8 and dmom. This will be mine and dh 2nd dcl cruise. Our first was march 07 for our annivesary. Ds is so excited about the teen club.

Hey great! Hopefully we'll get some more folks joining in. When we went on our last cruise, we had about 12 families that started chatting on line about a month or so ahead of time. We managed a DIS meet on the 1st day and even planned some excursions together. It was helpful for the kids to get to know each other beforehand as well. My daughter, wife & I still keep in touch with quite a few of them and have visited families while out in California that we met through the DIS. There are some wonderful folks on these boards.

This is our "annual" cruise, and we'll be on it again in 2008. DS (who will be 15) and I (will be 45). We typically have great weather on this cruise...but the real reason we take this week is for Father's Day. This year, we will be including my mother (who'll be 67).

Countin' down the days! :hourglass

Hey smileneyes-

Nice to meet you. I had given up hope that anyone else was going to find this thread. I'm sure as time gets closer, more people will join in.

We are looking forward to warmer weather on this cruise. Our last one was in Feb 2006 and the weather was pretty cold and dismal.

The double dip at CC will be great!

Father-son cruise? What a great idea. My wife and daughter wouldn't be impressed though unless they got their own trip as well.

We are having a family reunion hosted by our DGParents. Total aboard will be 17!!:dance3: So look out! this will be our first for all of us ages 2- 76. We are all really looking forward to this. Can't wait to see how this all works out.:wizard:

emasmom-

Wow 17 of you!! That's a huge undertaking. Sounds like a fantastic time! Are you planning days at the park as well?

It's great to see more folks joining in on this thread!

I'm hoping for great weather this cruise. Our first one in Feb 2006 was pretty dismal but we all had a great time nevertheless!

This is our first Disney Cruise this year and have heard tons of great things about the cruise. (Thank you lbgraves for the info) We are traveling from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Hubby and I and son 5 years old and nephew 13 years old. I hope the weather is nice i am tired of this Wisconsin weather. It seems like forever that we will be leaving for the trip even though it is just a little more then a month away. We found out we won this trip 3 months ago and since we found out we have been so excited to go. Hope to see others on the cruise from the thread.

Hey-
We'll be on this cruise too!! It's my honeymoon!!

Has anyone been on one before? What should we do? My fiance has never even been to Disneyworld (we're going there first-- land and sea package).... I can't wait to show him around!!

We already made resies for Palo's, Cabana Massages, and swimming with Dolphins- what should we look out for?

Oooooo! Can't wait!!
