You can transfer your entire iTunes library (assuming it's not overly huge, of course) to the flash drive and then to your laptop pretty easily. I'm not sure the exact location of the library, as I'm at work, but I believe it's in the iTunes folder under Program Files. Assuming you're on a Windows-based machine, of course. If you're on a Mac, then I've no clue. HTH!
Thanks I will give that a try later tonight (hopefully it will work) The reason I needed to know is because I bought a new I-pod touch (for my dd) and she wants all the music onto her laptop (from her I-Pod nano) We aren't that great with computers so I thought I would try to get help here~so thanks again.

I mentioned this in the other recent iPod thread, but in case you miss it, you might also try ilounge.com. They've always been wonderful about answering any questions I've had since I bought my first iPod...10 to 1, if a problem exists, someone there has experienced it and knows how to fix it. Good luck!
