Jumbo Shrimp at Le Cellier?

Has anyone tried the Sauteed Jumbo Shrimp at Le Cellier? They are new on the menu and I was wondering if anyone has had them and can you tell me if they were good. Thanks!

No. No one has ever tried them. Everyone orders a steak there. Or so one would think from reading all the reviews.

As a matter of fact, I did.
I tried it about a week ago it was FABULOUS. I do need to reread the menu, though, because I could swear it said "oven-dried tomatoes" come in it (I don't like those) but there weren't any. So, I may have misread...


Four JUMBO shrimp, sauteed in garlic and oil, served with spinach, lemon and over linguine. The lemon flavor was very noticeable & what I liked a LOT about the dish....I loved it and would order it again in a heartbeat (of course, next time I'd have eaten less up UNTIL that point so I could FINISH my food LOL).

just 4 shrimp? Were they Prawns? My son is a shrimp fiend (he is 10) but gets tired of steak. I bet he would like this withOUT the spinach lol

There were only 4 but they were HUGE (IMHO). If/when I cut shrimp, usually I cut them in half. These, I cut into thirds.

The spinach wouldn't be hard to remove. The pieces were fairly large (but cooked down).
