July is value season for deluxe resorts?

I thought I read somewhere on here that July is value season for the deluxe resorts, so therefore you would get 20% off of the deluxe resorts with a AAA discount in July. Is this true?

According to Mousesavers.com the standard AAA discounts for deluxe resorts during value season is 15%, not 20%.
The AAA discount *is* 20% for moderate and value resorts during value season.
From what I can gather, 15% is the highest discount available for any time of year for deluxe resorts, as it is only 10% during regular and peak seasons.

I was only given a 10% discount when we booked for value season But then we transfered up to an AP discount for the first two days and my TA said she expected AP discounts for the rest of my trip shortly.(whatever shortly means.) Edit to add that I think the value season starts on July 5 for the deluxe resorts.
