July Exercise Thread Summer's Here Let's Get Moving

I'll say 600 this month. Sorry I didn't log in last month - although the workouts happened, I was too sidetracked to log it all. I've already started. Did 35 minutes today.

My new job is going to hold me back this month, so let's put me down for 1200 minutes.
 
I'm in for 1500 min please!

I've already exercised today, so I am starting off with 60/1500 min. 45 min wogging, 15 min crunches, push-ups, leg lifts, stretches. It feels good to be offon the right foot this month. :teeth:
 
87 minutes yesterday and 50 today so far!

We're taking a 10 day vacation this month and I don't know what to expect for exercise during that time. Therefore, I'll go for 1200 this month.

I'm already off to a good start. I exercised 75 minutes yesterday ~ my July total is 75/1200.
 
I didn't quite make my goal last month, so this month I will set 900 as my goal once again. I am hoping that I surpass that, however.
 
I have listed everyone who has replied.

COuld everyone please do me a favor and if you are putting down your numbers could you please give me your totals. I am on vacation and I don't have a calculator in this desk like I do at school. (I'm a high school math teacher and I haven't started getting ready for school yet since we just got out in June). Thanks
 
Sun 7/1 - 30 mins

(2) 15 min walks - Hey! I spent the day at the beach. I did walk along the ocean but didnt count that time
 
Dona - please add me for 1500. If I follow my TNT training plan, I should have no trouble.

I am at 30/1500 as of yesterday.
 
Dona, I still have 9 days of antibiotics to go, so I am going to put down a goal of 600 minutes. A few more days and I am sure that I will feel lots better.
