I'd be happy to host the July exercise challenge while Julie (goldcupmom) is away.

Commit to as many or as few minutes as you wish for the month, then come back here periodically to update your progress....ie. post "I'm at 346/750 minutes so far" then I will be on to update the list in the first post.

Thanks so much for running July's thread. This really helps me to stay motivated. I'll try for 1500 minutes this month. Hope everyone has a fun and safe fourth of July weekend.

My goal for July will be 1400 min.

So far this month I am at 90/1400. :cheer2:

After dropping my goal to accomodate for the hot FL weather this month, I'd better make it - no excuses!

I'm DD & I are headed out on Amtrak for a 3 day trek to FL on the 13th. Then we will spend 13th - 22nd with my DSis. In the middle of that we will camp at FtW with my DNiece's & their kids & their 2 motorhomes for 2 days. 23rd DH & DS20 fly in to Tampa, we drive to Orlando to powershop for 48 hours, then off to FtLauderdale for a 6 day cruise, then sadly home on 8/1.

I'll post August on 8/2 or sometime the 25/26 of July.

For now, put me in for 1500 minutes as I may get the chance to post somewhere along the line this month!

I'm getting in late this month because we have been away. I didn't make my goal for last month, but I am going to try again. I am aiming for 1450 minutes this month. So far I have done
