July Disers, have you started packing yet?

Not packing, but my lists are done and are now in revision stage.

Once the kids get dropped off in Oklahoma, I'll have a week to worry about packing for dh and I. I'll need something to do so I won't miss the kids so much.

I don't have the suitcases out yet but I have a big "pile" started that I have in a laundry basket type of bin. Still tweaking my packing list. We leave on a Saturday so I plan on trying to finish all the packing the weekend before we go. That way I have the week to wrap any last minute details instead of the night before. Oh my gosh I only have like 3 weeks to go!!!!

and our stuff is already to go. there is a reason why this is though. we were supposed to already be there as of late yesterday, but i changed our plans to late Sept. which is saving us about $700.00 roughly, with the change of rates, the free dining plan, and us saving more money for spending. I bought pretty much brand new clothes for the kids, and DH and I have enough clothes to spare, so we are good in that area. I just knew that if i unpacked everything I would have more work to repack, and my excitement would be lost. At least this way with the suitcases sitting in a corner in the living room, that everything is there when it is time to go, and it is less stress on me.

I haven't exactly started packing yet, I've just been kinda throwing a bunch of stuff I know I'll be taking with me into a box for a while now.

we usually leave for our trip in the middle of the week but this trip we are leaving on s sunday. with my DW working on saturday, i took off to do whatever lasst minute things come up. we feel the need to just have everything ready to go.we have printed up etennsive lists of what to pack for clothes, what we need to buy in the way of snacks, what medications to pack. so this way on saturday night, when the excitement is so very high we can refer to the lists and check them over and over again and leave in the morning feeling very confident we have everythying we need to go.

We leave in 18 days. Yesterday I found and washed the Brita sports bottle. Now looking for the mister fan. LOL

PACKED???!!! YIKES we are down to 10 days and nowhere near packing yet. I have started buying my"stuff" but still have a long way to go.

We leave in 10 days. Haven't started packing yet but I did go buy all the travel stuff. THink I am going to go buy another ginormous suitcase. Last year we had 1 big suitcase, 1 bag with shoes, 1 bag with toiletries, DS had his own bag, 2 backpacks, DS's gameboy bag and DS's booster seat. If I get the new suitcase that would cut down 2 of the bags to 1 bag then we would even have enough room coming home for gifts purchased down there.

We are taking an extra case. We just end up with so much stuff that we have to have an extra case to bring it home in!

Hi, we are leaving in 13 days and I have been getting ready since March! I am bringing an extra luggage bag for the things I will be bringing home. Other than that, I am bringing the normal stuff. Basically everything that I have now that's Disney is coming with me again. lol.

Wow, no I haven't started yet, but then again, I just returned from a trip and have a beach trip before Disney. BUT, I'll be packing practically the same stuff for both trips. Maybe I'll just take everything out of the suitcases when I get back from the beach, wash the sand off and repack for Disney...

Almost finished! DH picked up a ton of clothes from the dry cleaners this morning. I only had to hang them in the garment bags. Kids are just about fiished with the zip loc bag thing. Now it's mostly just odds and ends and things that have to wait until the day before. ALready shipped the boxes with costumes and tinkerbelle presents.

my packing is complete except for a few things i need this weekend for the All Star U12 Girls Softball Tourny in Waterville.. YIPPEE only 9 days single digits !!!I have just one suit case for the 3 of us all packed with clothing in the ziplocks and food in a second one & tolietries.. and we each have a carry on... I'm going to disney I'm going to disney -oh sorry got carried away.. Michelle
