I have made my 3 bookings of rooms with my annual pass. On our room I had my husband and my name only, on the other rooms I had the people in the room plus my name. This was done in December and there was not a problem. Good luck.

Both said only til July 4th!! Did not even go into my reservation!!!

Why can't I have two reservations without being in danger of having them "weeded out"? I thought AP holders could book three rooms at once. They need not even be in the same resort, from my understanding. I was planning to book another room, at the WL for my parents, while we are staying at the Poly. Why would I have a problem with that? It seems crazy that WDW would just cancel ressies!

You can book up to three rooms at once with a code. I think the poster may have meant don't have rooms at different resorts at the same time, trying to wait for the best deal.

If you are trying to make reservations for other members of your party, you can certainly do that. You just need to make sure that all of your rooms are under the same reservation. Make sure you let CRO know that you want all the rooms linked.

If you are making reservations at different resorts for the same time period, just b/c you are not sure where you are going to stay (different ressie number) then Disney may very well cancel your reservations at random. I once tried to make two different reservations for the same nights b/c I wanted to wait until my DH came home to decide where he wanted to stay, but the CM at CRO wouldn't let me. She said you are not allowed to hold separate reservations for the same dates and that the computer would cancel one of them randomly.

We are going to WDW for 10 days in August !!!! We have a reservation rack rate at POP ... BUT I would like to go back "home" at WL.
Last August we got a very good rate (14 days in August !!!)

PD on that CM who is in charge to ...press the button !!!!

Just got a AAA rate for POP for the first week in Aug. The same rate we paid for POFQ last July but I can't complain. Thinking about adding the dining plan but I heard that cancels out your AAA room rate? Guess it doesn't hurt to try. I think I'll wait to get the final word on codes before we decide.

Yup - you can only do the Meal Plan with the Rack Rate or Magic Your Plan, not the AAA rate.

Oops, I meant to type "Magic Your Way" - I'm in the same boat (AAA reservation) - weighing all the costs of AAA discount (room only at this point), AP discount (waiting to come out) or the hope of a pincode (yeah, right, don't have that kind of luck). No matter what, I doubt we will end up with the meal plan.

I called to cancel a resv. for June and the cm asked if I would like to book another date I ask if codes were available past July the 4th she said to watch they will be posted SOON !! and she said this several times...

AP discounts are for people with Annual Passes only. They do offer Florida resident rates and sometimes for Georgia (valid proof of residency required). There are also "general public" codes that may follow after AP and FL rates have been out for a while. Don't forget your AAA card. HTH

I believe you can get the AAA room rate and the dining package if you use AAA to book the package. No one else (CRO or TAs) can book the AAA room rate with dining.

Contact your local AAA office for a quote. I looked into it, but I'm hoping for an AP rate which will save me more than AAA room rate w/dining.

Just an FYI for anyone who doesn't know, The AP rates are the same as the Florida resident rates ( per WDW). So if your a Florida resident no reason to buy the AP just for the discounts.
