If I book AAA room only rate but a code comes out, can I apply it to my reservation? Looking to go end of July into beginning of Aug...

Yes, however last summer the difference between AAA and AP rates was minimal - at least at FW. I think I save $2/night.

Subscribing. Looking for a code for August 25th & 26th, the rest of the trip will be DVC. We want to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary at the first resort we stayed at together, POFQ. I sure would rather get an AP rate or nice code than pay $155+ per night.

Count me in on the July '06 code watch too! We have the great teacher rate for the Dolphin and am happy about staying there, but I'd ditch it in a second for Y&BC or BWI.

Just subscribing. We went last year for 19 days. End of June through July17th. I received a pin code last year for CBR for 88.09 a night. Trying to figure out whether to go AAA room only or wait for an AP rate and buy an AP. What to do What to do What to do !!

Does anyone know what the AAA rates are for July (after the 4th) at the Moderates? I can't seem to locate them on their website. Doesn't bring up Disney Resorts.

AAA will give you 20% off values and moderates during value season
15% off deluxes during value season

15% off values and moderates during regular and peak season
10% off deluxes during regular and peak season

We booked AAA for now at the POFQ at a rate of $438 for 3 night (8/16-18) tax included. That's about $146/night. Hope the DDE card still works at the food court there . We'll flip to the AP rate if one ever comes out

I got a AAA rate for July 9-15 at Pop for $84.15 per night; comes out to around $95 after taxes. For that week, the only mod with a discount rate through AAA was CBR. The others listed at rack rate on the AAA website.
Right now I'm ok with what I got but if I could get a code like the one I had in 2004 for 30% off that would be even better!
Not counting on it though...(sigh)

Hi. I just got quotes for AAA rates for July 4th-July 23rd. I was given 84 + tax (93.66) for a value and 131 + tax (146.07) for a Mod. I booked CBR for now at those rates as the rates online at Disney were 172.84 for mods so the AAA rate is better then nothing. Last year I had a pin code for Mods for 88.09 a night and 65.79 for value. We did CBR last year at the 88.09 rate . Would be GREAT to get another rate like that but I'm not holding my breath. I'm waiting for the AP rates to come out for the same time frame to see if its worth buying an AP for a Room Only discount. I usually buy the 14 day all inclusive tickets at a discount broker (NEVER) had a problem with that broker. Works out MUCH cheaper then a Disney pkg or a AAA pkg. Even with the free dining last year it was still way cheaper for us to do the 88.09 code and disc 14 day tickets and pay for our food then to do the free dining pkg. We stayed for 19 days. Was GREAT !! Since we got pretty much every summer I'd be willing to put out the extra money to buy an AP if the discount was worth it. Anybody know if there was a AP discount in July last year and if so anybody know what it might have been on a Mod? Just curious. Thanks
