July 3rd Magic Kingdom

Has anyone ever been to MK on the 3rd? Does the park reach capacity early? We want to go for dinner and the fireworks, but were not going to go until 7. Worried the park will not be letting anyone in.

It will be crowded but it most likely will not reach capacity.
