July 3rd fireworks

Will be at the dark side on the 2nd thru 4th, but wanting to see the MK fireworks on the 3rd. Would you go to eat at Narcoossee's or take the Pirates and Pal cruise. 4 adults and 3 kids (9,7,1) Everyone has eaten at Narcoosse's before and enjoyed it so I know that would be a winner. Just trying to figure out which would be the best for viewing the fireworks (I have heard that there is a bad side on the boat for viewing) and if you can't stand up on the boat can even shorter kids see?
