I have never seen some of those styles before, and even at the JC outlets (at Woodbury Commons, etc) the price per piece is still 60-70+. So I would really be wary of buying stuff off of this site.

I'm gonna say no. Those tracksuits look nothing like what is in the store or outlet.

I'd be suspicious if only because their customer service email address is a gmail account. That's pretty fishy, you'd think a REAL Juicy Couture store would have an email linked to the actual company.
