Jr. Suite at WL

I was told that there are no available Deluxe Rooms at the WL during our stay. Instead I booked a regular room but was wondering if it is worth checking back periodically. I was told there are only 25 Deluxe Rooms and the ressie lady said that it was unlikely that any would open up. Any suggestions? THANKS

I'll only say this: I called & called & called and Finally I got my concierge upgrade at AKL. They were booked for Easter week, and I finally got it....I must have called every day for a week....Keep trying, people change ressies all the time..Take me for example, At AKL I started out at std., then poolview, now concierge. Good luck!

I also agree to keep calling. My sister was able to book the room she wanted this morning after weeks of trying. Cancellations happen all the time. And if you just take a look at the threads. Alot of people continually change their minds. Don't give up hope.

The ressie lady was ready to quote me a AAA rate for the Deluxe Room... but then discovered that there was no availability. So, I have to assume that AAA rates apply to the Deluxe Room at WL. HOWEVER, I was told that the Suite at the Yacht Club does NOT have a AAA discount rate and that it does not apply to that room. I'm not sure about other discounts.
