I was just wondering if during this ride do you have creatures come up close to your vehicle or jump out at you as i am thinking of riding it. Also what the queues like for this ride as i understand seaworld doesnt have a fastpass policy?

:)

Hi - me again, you really don't like creatures do you?

Have only ridden once and cannot remember being startled by anything - it is a fun ride with a couple of surprises along the way and you will get wet too.

Best ride early as it does get busy yes.

Hi, yes i dont like creatures jumping out on me  but I plan to conquer that this year as the only creature ride i went on in 2004 was dinosaur at wdw and i had my eyes closed the whole time so this time i will try and keep my eyes open. Me and my family have planned a day at Seaworld as on our last trip we didnt get to visit so im looking forward to it. Thanks for your help.

Nothing to worry about on Journey to Atlantis.........never yet saw any kids ( old or young ) come off the ride with anything other than a big smile......

Queues will depend when you go...we've done it in October , November and December...no more than 2 minute wait...they load fast on this ride!!

Be prepared to possibly ( ! ) get a touch wet though..... :goodvibes

I am a big chicken when it comes to rides but I will ride this one, the only thing I won't do is ride in the front I normally wait until I can get in either of the last two rows. Like other posters have said you will get wet. ;)

It's an amazing ride! Even my little sis, the biggest wuss of all time (she used to be scared of going on Pirates of the Caribbean, and surprisingly Big Thunder! ), went on it and came off it with a smile...she wanted to go on it again!
1 tip. wear a waterproof....i didn't

just wory about getting wet
Paulh

Thought this ride was pretty sedate from the viewing area and decided to give it a go. Didnt expect the total soaking I got. Dont wear stone coloured chinos- you look majorly incontinent after this one  . Wife and daughter were still convulsed with laughter about an hour later.
