Josie Duggar

I'm glad they could help the little girl
but this is disturbing

while John shot a video with his cell phone. (There’s no word on whether the video will be featured on an upcoming episode of “19 Kids and Counting.”)

I was thinking the same thing.

That's the writer's comment, not Josh's. Maybe he took it so he could show Anna later that night. The article has it wrong too, John was holding the iv bag and Josh was taking the video.

Either way, this is not a situation to make a video...

and from someone who insisted on their pregnancy test live on air...i dont believe for a min TLC wasnt his first thought

again i'm glad the little girl was ok, and one of them had training

Yep. What is the purpose of taking a video of a 6 y/o accident victim? I can't think of any good reason.

PSA: Please keep your kids in the backseat or at the very least buckle them in. This may not have happened had the girl been properly restrained.

I don't see any real purpose in the videotaping, and not that I would do it, but I understand people's fascination with the entire situation. Something like that doesn't happen every day, and so once paramedics arrived and stabilized the girl, I sort of see how he would take a record of it right before they left.

It is unfortunate that our society has developed this obsession with recording everything with cell phones, but because it has, I guess that's why I don't find it too strange for him to do it. Now if he did it instead of performing CPR, then I would say:scared:

I believe that is against the Quiverfull beliefs. There is a book coming out soon, written by someone named Kathryn Joyce and that was one of the things she talked about in an interview.

I'm aware of that--but that doesn't meant that God would have other suggestions ;)

Just read another update. I am assuming she is still back in the hospital since she was readmitted weeks ago.
