Thanks! What would we all have done without another thread? Where else could we discuss the not-a-nanny, Kate's clothes, Kate's hair, Jon's Ed Hardy obsession and how the kids always play in the front yard?

I was watching the E network today and heard that the cops went to the house and Kate called the cops but I didn't get to find out what happened?

I was watching the E network today and heard that the cops went to the house and Kate called the cops but I didn't get to find out what happened?

So....what happened?

A new report says police were called to the home of reality stars Jon and Kate Gosselin.

According to Us magazine, police were called after the estranged couple got into a heated argument. Kate reportedly came home when it was Jon's time with the kids because she did not approve of the babysitter. As their home is constantly surrounded by photogs, they told the magazine that she appeared to be locked out of the house.


Police told ET there was no call to 911, nor was any domestic dispute reported. They confirm a non-emergency call was placed and an officer responded. They say the situation calmed down and there were no charges filed.

Us adds that after the argument Kate left to stay over at the local Days Inn. Although it was evening, pictures show Kate covering her eyes with large, dark glasses as she checked in.

Wow... that's a lot of drama in the last couple of days.

I still only think why on earth are they in the front yard if that's where the Paps are? You would think they would do a concrete "ride" area in the backyard out of view. If you ask me it's really dumb to be out front while they are still hot news. I know that it's their right but really... it's stupid.

Well, the reason I didn't get to really see (or really hear) what happened is because I was in a loud house but I did catch that Jon was talking to the Paps. Was that really necessary?

Finally! Somebody agrees on this!

I think they're out front to do filming and when they want to be photographed. No excuse -- they have a lot of land back there, but yet they choose to be in the one place the cameras can get them.

I just didn't think the People interview with Kate was nasty. I think she pretty much said what we figured she would say after 45 days of silence. It's not like we all weren't waiting to see what she would have to say. I have no doubt Jon would have had a lot to say too, but it appears for some reason TLC has a hold on his mouth. But regardles, he doesn't need to interview. We can follow the pictures

Hey, speak for yourself. I'm actually working, so I'm not actually wasting time (like all the rest of you LOL!). I want to go on a picnic tomorrow, so I am printing away, and getting caught up on my orders, so I can play tomorrow LOL!
Plus, I have letters to write. I want Kate to take the kids to Disney in a couple of weeks. To give them a break from the nonsense. I think everyone should write her and suggest it. Anytime between Sept 2 and the 8th. Nothign self serving here LOL!

That nanny/babysitter chick that Jon hired... I haven't seen her do much but have a kid on her hip - the other pics of nannies show them interacting with the kids and playing. The pics I saw on the prev link with the mother load of photos - I haven't seen her do much in the way of anything but looking "duh" and putting a kid on her hip. Must not have been the skills he was looking for.

I read it. I agree, that last People article was uncalled for IMO.
