You guys start your VBS early..ours isn't for a few more weeks. We are haivng nighttime VBS this year.

I did have a nice day, thanks! the pool water was so nice .. I didn't want to get out for VBS. LOL.

most of the VBS-es (how's that for plural VBS ) around here are in June, in the few weeks right after school is out. We do ours at night, too... hoping to avoid some of the heat of the day, since it's so hot now. That didn't work today, it was in the mid-90's and HUMID. blech.

keeping this on topic .. as I was leaving the church tonight, I was talking with a friend about The Bachelorette and how we needed to get home to see tonight's show. Another friend asked if I was watching Jon & Kate, and I said no. Well. This 70-something year old man starts talking about Kate and how she's getting her own show as a single mom, he knew all about the drama .. totally unexpected from this guy. I was cracking up.

Jon and I had a rough day - its almost like a "shell game"

Jon has a lot of anger towards me, and wont talk to me, he wont hold a discussion with me, I want to talk ... I see a window in his world. I dont know if he realizes the repurcussions of his descions down the road...

when they get older - they should be in the woods... but I totally understand the need to "over protect"

I cannot stand the way Kate treats the dogs!! I understand about the picnic, but she must truly NOT be a dog person - cant she control the dogs? does she seriously have to have Jon "crate" the dogs? I hate that (not crating per se - I firmly believe that crating can be a comfort to dogs!)

I don't understand why she got them if she doesn't like them. Well, I guess they probably got them because the marriage was falling apart. It was something to give the kids to focus on instead of their unhappy parents.

I'm surprised at how much further from the road it appears the garage and the driveway where they play is. They are quit a bit in from the road. Looks like they are more on the side of the house, and not the front.

The house is quite a bit away from the road. It would be difficult to take the trash out thats for sure. I just heard her say that Jon won't talk to her. I truly feel sorry for her, she looks so sad.

These teasers about the "big announcement" are highly annoying. The entire show is becoming about the Crooked Houses. It's set up very differently from the infamous first show of the season where they got right to the punch with all of the rumors and things going on.

These teasers about the "big announcement" are highly annoying. The entire show is becoming about the Crooked Houses. It's set up very differently from the infamous first show of the season where they got right to the punch with all of the rumors and things going on.

My guess is that they already had the Crooked House show in the can. They probably came to their big decision and TLC decided to add it into the show since it would be all over the media. So they made the episode longer to include the announcement.

I feel bad for the Crooked House guys because now their product is being blended in with a bad time for the family. Hopefully they will air just a Crooked house version in the future.

Although business can't be bad because I can't even get on their site. lol.

I don't see it as Kate "winning" the way she wanted them was what was practical. If she would have left them all go in the woods then "everyone" would have been on her case for not watching all the kids.
