They said they separated and went in alone..but doesn't it look like they cut the part where they were going in? He was right behind her and then he disappeared and then there he was again.
I hope she's just a friend of both of them and innocently met him for lunch.

I can't even BELIEVE that when asked if they are getting divorced he answers "you have to watch the show tomorrow night, you have to watch" I'm telling you that is WRONG!

Jon had media training last month, according to one of the People magazine articles. I think that's the stock answer he gives now for everything. sort of like "no comment"

I just checked TLC.com, to see what the description about tonight's show says .. they are re-running all of the episodes from season 5, including showing the birthday episode twice. I wonder if that was always on the schedule, or of they rearranged things to lead into tonight's big ratings scam.

He could've avoided being questioned by not putting himself out there in his front yard with all of the hoopla at the gates. For someone that doesn't enjoy being in the spotlight, he seems to perpetuate it by encouraging "fans". I read he went inside, got some pictures and autographed them to hand out. Strange for someone that wants out so badly.

Very strange for someone that wants to be "just" Jon. Jon seems to like the attention except when it is inconvenient...such as at 2 am when you are not with your wife. The paps will never go away if he is going to meet them at the gate.

When asked where Kate was, he should have said that she was tending to business or enjoying a day out. But to say "I have no idea"? I think he was showing hostility for Kate on purpose. Which is starting to make me wonder about this whole thing.

I don't think she meant that literally. See my explaination above. I think she means she attaches that word to all things evil. She was just giving examples of things that are as strong and offensive and evil to her.

It appears that you have the intelligence and wisdom to comprehend what I have stated quite clearly several times now.. You are a very wise person and I just wanted to compliment you on your classy style..

Now that it's all been cleared up the best that it's going to be, there is no need for further discussion on this matter.. Best to "table it" for the sake of keeping this thread alive and well..

Now let's get back to discussing the show!

I suspect TLC informed him that this would have to be his response - in order to draw in as many viewers tonight as they possibly can..

Won't be watching the big show tonight. Feel certain it will be a big bunch of nothing that is announced..

I won't be watching either - and I doubt that this "big" announcement is going to require a special one hour episode.. I was watching a medical mystery type show on TLC last night and they were running both previews - the "crooked houses" and the "big" announcement - so it's obvious that they're using it for a big draw..

Hey-if she has the time for tanning, manicures, pedicures etc. with 8 kids-then she has the time for a quickie with her body guard

All their money and fame has really changed them. Watching them over the past few years when the money came rolling in really makes me believe that its true that money is the root of all evil.

I may be wrong, but I thought someone posted on one of these J&K threads that if you go to the TLC web site (or maybe it was you tube) that once an episode has been aired you can watch it in it's entirety there.. Again - I'm not positive, but I thought someone posted that at one time or another..

Ha! Isn't that what I said I thought was going to happen when they first announced this "one hour special" - that it would be reruns of previous shows and then the big "one minute" announcement? However, I thought they might go further back - to "happier" times.. I guess that will be the June 29th show?

However she has a stay at home husband, a nanny, lords knows what other kind of support and for weeks at a time she was only home for scattered days here and there as she was on her speaking and book tour. Kate has had plenty of time to do for herself lately.

Disclaimer: I am not saying she is or isn't having an affair, but if she chose to - and it was with her body guard - he's with her more often than not, so I don't think "time" would be a factor..

I was and I am.. I made that quite clear and have been discussing nothing but the show in every post since then.. The ball is no longer in my court..

My ex accussed me of that too, but he was wrong. I have a full time job, three young girls, and at that time he worked a few hrs at night and on Sat. Never mind finding someone to watch me kids (I would not have the money for that), but I was just too tired for all of that! I did not have the "resources" Kate and Jon have.

I won't guess what will happen tonight, I will have to watch it later tonight, have to go to a meeting tonight too!

Jon & Kate are separating, and TLC will edit/spin this in Kate's favor. The series will continue.

- Jon & Kate will try therapy ... on the show? who knows.

- after Kate's book is released this fall, she will do a book tour.

- when that book tour is finished, they will divorce.
