Says a lot about the photographers and the people he/she works for to post the undie pic.

I wonder if the photographer knew he had that shot when he took it, or discovered it after he pulled it up on a larger screen and cropped it closer. I'd be willing to let the photographer off the hook, because I've taken pictures of things before not knowing what I've really shot until I looked at them on the computer. But it is possible he knew what he was doing and went ahead with the shot. In that case, he's scummy.

Shame on the agency for publishing them, though. That's inexcusable, IMO.

Not good on the water. Mady even said something like, you drank it right in front of me. And called her mean. Not that my own haven't called me mean, but she really should have gotten her water. I wish they didn't have a cut in the showing. I would like to know what was said during that time.

Looking at today's repeat show when they did the charity garage sale, Jon sure looked different. He looked young and thin, not all puffy like he looks now.

As for the photographers, you can tell they are a ways off, again, because of the pixelation.

Why do they "live" in their front yard? They did this at the old house too. Go in the back yard for gosh sakes. Around here, if you want company, you sit in the front yard (or porch), but you do your living in the back yard! So weird to me. If they don't want to be photographed, just go behind your HUGE house! Why did Kate "emerge" around 2pm to set up a party? The nanny, Kate making a 2pm appearance, Jon m.i.a., I really don't get it.
Is the kid's party for their anniversary? Why would you even mention what day it was if dad wasn't around, much less throw a kid's outdoor party for your anniversary?

It seems I am the only one of this opinion, but the water thing seemed like ALL the kids were begging for drinks... not necessarily because they were "thirsty" but just because. If Kate had given the older girl a "drink" it would have evolved into taking a who-knows-how-long break for them all to drink, then go to the bathroom, etc. A break was coming up for drinks, etc. anyway, according to Kate's conversation with the crew. And, she was going to give the twin a sip - but they were back on air.

I just don't see this as the earth-shattering,Kate is a mean mom thing others seem to - but that's jmo.

I agree with what TWOP said about it. They were about to do an interview and Kate would be doing all the talking so she needed to make sure her throat wasn't dry. When Mady was begging for the water, it looked like she was reaching to get the bottle for her, but someone told her they were about to go on. So she put it back down and told her she would get some after the interview. Which probably wasn't that long.

No, she took a drink, put the cap back on and put it away. It wasn't until Mady kept complaining that she reached for the bottle again but then it was too late because they were going back on. She originally had no intention of giving her a drink.

Kate did ask about drinks for all of them, and the person off the camera seemed to say yes, soon or something like that, and I understand if one started they all would have, but Mady did ask right off the bat, and when the water was handed to Kate, IMO she should have handed it to Mady or put it down. But I wasn't there and perhaps Kate knows better than I do what would have happened. But I did feel sorry for Mady. That said, she is a drama queen (and her whining does make me turn the show off sometimes), and I laughed when she said she would get dehydrated and that her mother was mean. Apparently she tries to push buttons, but Kate pays no attention.

I am surprised that that was released on youtube.

Did you watch it? Kate asked for water after Mady asks several times (you hear Mady say 'you're so lucky') got some, drank it, put the lid back on and set it down on the far side of her chair. All the while Mady is staring at her and says things like 'you drank that right in front of me'.

That attempt at waving her hand around for the bottle is pathetic! But hey, everything she does is for the kids. And yes, if the kids have to wait for water so should Kate. It is just mean and thoughtless. Btw, Mady does talk in parts of the actual interview.

On the OCC episode, what really cracked me up was when Paul Sr said to Jon, "If you're gonna work with us, you're gonna have to be more manly!"

I cracked up too when I heard this. I'm sure this show was staged to keep Jon from quitting the show. I thought he made a lot of comments suggesting he was done with season 5. I must of missed where Kate's name is on his motorcycle. They must of forgot to put it on. She was ridiculous with that scooter. So phoney!!! They must of payed these choppers guys some pretty good money to commit to this show.

I am wondering...as silly as this may sound...but do you all think Kate was deep in thought about everything in her troubled life when this "water" incident was going on.... Like she was listening to Mady BUT not.... Here she is waiting to do an interview, everyone is in place, kiddos look adorable and NO Jon....

I mean do you think she was possibly preoccupied by what questions she was going to be asked..etc AND yet J&K are going through these troubling times...so her mind is just working overtime and when we are see Mady asking PLEASE for water....Kate is hearing nothing....???
