...having just ruined a good day by having a cookie :sad2: :rotfl:

I'm on a bit of a mission to lose the 5lb I gained when I was doing my teaching practice so I can comfortably fit into a size 6 jeans again! Problem is, it's those last 5lb and they're sticky.

So far, cycling for two lots of 10 minutes per day to and from work and sticking to two decent, healthy meals per day plus one piece of fruit as a snack. Oh and FAR too much wine at the weekends :rolleyes1
 
You will do it! Just keep swimming, just keep swimming.......oh sorry, got a little side tracked!:rotfl: Just keep on exercising, watching what you eat and you will do it:cheer2:
And don't feel bad about the cookie, DH just came home with 6 CHOCLATE CUPCAKES!!:headache: :mad: . Haven't had any yet, but the night is still young :rotfl2:

Well, wine may be a better choice than other alcohol, but it is still alcohol and will not be your best weight loss friend.

Don't forget to get the water you need too.

Seems like you are moving and basically making healthy eating choices.

Don't give up. You can do it; you are almost there!
