Hi everyone!
I'm going to be starting my diet this week, so I'll probably be posting regularly on the WISH boards.
I plan on starting WW Online first of all. I've done WW numerous times over the years and it's been the best diet plan for me. My problem has always been getting to the meetings. I had the best leader in the world, but the meetings were in another town, early in the morning. This time around, I'm going to try to do it online. We'll see how that works.
For exercise, I need to start out slow. I have some physical problems that prevents me from doing as much as I probably need, but a little is better than nothing, right? I do have a rarely-used Gazelle that I bought last spring, so mabye I'll take the clothes off of it and dust it off.
Anyway, I hope to benefit from the support that seems to be so wonderful here! Hopefully that'll make up for my lack of WW meetings!

hopefully just for 3-4 mos to get myself back on track and then continue on my own; but DH is very supportive of it so i'm going for it! i plan on registering Jan 3. I'm so happy to see you and look forward to starting 2006 with refreshed healthy habits.
