Joined a Health Club

This Atkins/Healthy way of life thingy has gotten into my Soul.

Not only have I changed the way I eat...............I have done the unthinkable.

I joined a Health Club!


Not only did I join, but for the last 3 days, I have actually GONE there and worked out!!!

You are such a great inspiration! I'm so happy that you joined a gym (and that you are going!) That is great news. Your body is going to be completely transformed in no time! The hard part was losing the weight, the fun part will be lifting weights and watching those muscles grow! Who knows, they might even give you a little miracle grow and you'll sprout a HEAD for those pictures! Can you tell I'm a little anxious to see more than just your "after" from the neck down?

Keep up the great work! I have a feeling we'll be reading about your success on a non DISBOARDS site eventually!
