Jogging Path - WL and POP

I will be at Disney in 3 days and will be staying at WL and Pop does anyone know anything about either resorts jogging path? I think I know where the one is at WL - between WL and FW? But I have never stayed at Pop so I am unsure. Not really sure if I can get myself motivated to run while at Disney but I am going to try since I have a race in 2 weeks and I haven't felt like running much and have really been slacking!!

Any info - like where located from what and what type ground it is (gravel, asphalt, etc)

The owner just started it this year, but he's got a lot of info. He'll gladly take any other maps or trail suggestions anyone has too!
