Joffrey's Animal Kingdom

What are the hours of Joffrey's at the entrance to Animal Kingdom. I know I've picked up coffee there before after 7, but this trip I plan to line up for early entry rope drop before 7. Will they be open?

Is early rope drop at 7:00 or hopefully, 7:30? Because I know that for the last 2 times I've been there for 7:30 opening, Joffrey's has been open and selling coffee before 7:30. Makes sense-you can be sure that if you have a bunch of people waiting for early opening, especially that early, a large number of them want coffee.
What I couldn't figure out was the number of people who bypassed Joffrey's, but practically ran to Creature Comforts/Starbucks, got coffee and breakfast there, then settled in at a table there, looking like they were planning to stay awhile, instead of going to the early opening attractions.

Rope drop is at 7:30, but I plan to arrive before 7:00 because I'm an early riser. I was hoping to grab a coffee to drink while I wait.
I agree with you, though. I do not intend to spend my near park opening time at Starbucks.

When we were there in August, I have picture walking in that area time stamped at 7:04 and it was definitely open and hopping when we walked by. It did not look like it was just opening.
ETA: I just looked at the app and it does say 7...
