Yes, I know of Joey and I found him a few years ago through my sister. She had been using his lower body program for a few months and I was shocked by the improvements in her body. So I asked how she was doing this. She sent me the link to one of Joey's websites and I ordered the leg, butt, thigh program to start with.
Well, it was about 6 weeks into the routine and my husband was dumbstruck (in a good way lol) and so was I! After the kids I really didn't think anything was going to help me get my body back. But low and behold it was happening. So, I actually added his other programs to create a total body routine I could do at home. Ive been doing this ever since and I am hooked for life. I look and feel better than I did before I had children.
A big bonus is that my husband who hated workouts is now doing the program. But he didn't do this for his body, he needed to do it for his health. He had really high blood pressure and became borderline diabetic. Not to mention the excessive weight gain. The doctor told him he needs to change his habits or he would die before his time. Well that was a wake up call. So, he basically started doing Joey's workouts before breakfast each morning and also followed Joey's eating advice. Needless to say his bp is way down and he is no longer even close to diabetic. He looks very sexy now, lol; and I call him my adorable adonis. So its been a really good thing for us as a family in many ways.
