Joe Strummer of "The Clash" dies

DH and I were just listening to some Clash tunes the other day.

I love the Clash.

The article you linked to said:

A statement released by his record label said Strummer "died peacefully at his home." It added that his wife Lucy, two daughters and stepdaughter "request privacy at this harrowing time."

What does that mean? Was he ill? Did he commit suicide....what????

I kind of took that statement to mean he died of natural causes??

They believe he had a heart attack.
