Did he say that?? I haven't been paying that much attention. He made a mistake like Samuels did, made a diagnosis on a dad without talking to him.

Streaming from the Courtroom...
"Defense needs to get a move on..losing the jury..several are staring off into the courtroom audience."
OK...let me rephrase that. LOL I assume he didn't say that, but where are you getting it from??Did he say that?? I haven't been paying that much attention.
Oooh ... Willie said, "You're not getting paid anything extra on your salary by coming here today, correct?" No, of course he isn't ... but what is he being paid by the DT? That's the real question. You know he isn't doing this for free.
I'm trying to determine this guy's incentive to appear in court as expert and wont be paid a penny

My question is, when you dyed your hair, why didn't you dye your mustache too? ... I'm sorry, but he's boring me ...

What is she getting at? Is she trying to discredit Janeen DeMarte's testimony?

The defense supporters on HLN keep talking about the importance of EXPERIENCE and AGE in the experts...Laviollette and Samuels vs DeMarte. But I think EVERYONE here can relate to having had younger Drs, or younger teachers, or younger ANYONE who was better at what they did than their older counterparts. THE BEST Dr I've ever dealt with (and I had elderly parents and a child with a chronic illness) is my kids' pediatrician, who was 30 and just starting his own practice when we started there. He was then, and is now, the absolute best.
I'm waiting to hear this guy say whether or not he ever spoke directly to Jodi and if he fully supports what Samuels and Violet have said and how they tested and interpreted their testing. And then I want to hear what he has to say when JM gets a hold of him.![]()
*blah blah blah blah* It's like I am listening to the teacher from Charlie Brown right now...![]()
