Here's the latest on Sneiderman:

DECATUR, Ga. - Andrea Sneiderman, the widow of an entrepreneur gunned down outside a suburban Atlanta preschool in 2010, erased cell phone logs chronicling phone calls and texts between her and her boss on the day of her husband's killing, an investigator with the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office testified Wednesday, according to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.

Furthermore, investigator Mark Potter says texts to and from her boss before the day of the murder had not been deleted from Sneiderman's blackberry.

Sneiderman, a mother of two, was arrested in August 2012 and accused of conspiring with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, to kill her husband, Dunwoody businessman Russell "Rusty" Sneiderman on Nov. 18, 2010.

Neuman, who admitted to the killing, was found guilty but mentally ill and sentenced in March 2012 to life in prison. Andrea Sneiderman, who denies involvement in the murder, has pleaded not guilty and her defense team is currently arguing to dismiss some of the charges against her.

Assistant District Attorney Anna Green Cross argued on Wednesday that Andrea Sneiderman lied and concealed from investigators that she knew her husband had been killed before police told her. Cross also argued that Andrea lied about her relationship with Neuman, CBS Atlanta reports.

The defense refuted the prosecution's allegations.

Neuman was the one who killed Rusty. Neuman was convicted and is serving LWOP. She was arrested in August 2012 for conspiring with Neuman.

I am not sure how much I can watch this week so I am not sure about tweet updates. The kids have a busy week with the science fair after school tomorrow and Middle School Orientation on Thursday. I also have to work a little late some afternoons this week. It stinks to invest so much time only to not be able to see all of the closing arguments. However, I will be surprised if they actually stay on schedule this week.

Jury selection July 29, but I don't know when the trial starts, should be shortly after they seat a jury.

Working DD's school book fair today and tomorrow, I''m on the PTA board and the school carnival is Saturday so it's crunch time and dance recital rehearsals are this weekend. I'll have 2 hours to read & catch up while DD is at dance tonight (we have 2 back to back classes). I think I'll go next door and get a pedicure & brow wax while she dance and bring my iPad

My hubby would be so jealous of that mower!!! (I would like just the cupholder....I love cupholders). Kids would laugh whenever we bought a new car I had to make sure I liked the cupholders in it before we decided.

I'm afraid its going to go longer than one day. The way the DT questions, they will go on and on. Then JM, then re-direct then juror questions, then more redirect........ you get what I am saying........

Now I think JM wants another witness. So the closing may not even be this week.
I mean unless the judge grows a pair and gives them a time limit on all of these witnesses.
