was a good excuse to go back to the resort to watch it and also to cool off : ) ...

I love WDW, usually ... However, unfortunately, we ran into a few road bumps on this visit that took some of the magic away ... But I'm sure we will go back ... : )

Plus, she has the strongest thing of all on her side, she is telling the truth and she knows it.

crap i can only record 2 things at once. 8pm est im recording deadliest catch and hells kitchen have I missed anything. Had to dvr everything today but kept up with the forum.

Tomorrow I will be a borderline antisocial angry person, have to sit in a doctors office for a 6hr test and not a happy camper about it but will tune in and take a few dvd's to keep me occupied, luckily my parents still treat me like the youngest one asked me today if I wanted them to bring me lunch...

Seriously.
Although I do agree with a previous poster who said JW's going through the CV as a method to stall so they can prepare questions overnight. She tried a couple of digs with the compassion question, the lectures missing from the CV, etc. But nothing landed and, imo, JW made herself look stupid.
I just hope that if they come back with tougher questions tomorrow (although, it seems unlikely they could ask this witness anything reasonable she doesn't have an answer for), it doesn't get JD's ire up. I sensed a little, "Why do I have to deal with someone this stupid?" attitude in her answers during part of the cross. That could come off poorly with the jury.
Now, all that being said, the lack of questions from the jury and the report that they were writing consistently during direct but not much at all during cross leads me to think that the jury believes this witness.

I can only do HLN on my DVR, I tried to watch it live when i first found out about the case and being so annoyed with it's pauses led to me to find the live stream online.

I will use HLN on my DVR though when i can FF through the breaks to catch up if I am behind though.

I think Juan is trying to get through this rebuttal, the jury is getting burnt out. And he does not want this to continue forever. How long hatWillie keeps her up , that is another issue. I hope not long.

Juan knows how to ask a witness and move on. He had to be like interrogate these other people and it took forever.

JA was laser-focused on coloring in her coloring book while JM questioned the witness. When JW got up to cross, JA put her coloring book down and zeroed in with laser-focus on JW and the witness. Weird girl. Wouldn't you want to compare notes to what she said to the prosecutor versus what she says to your fashion idol?
