Yes, if the bullet was fired after she cut his throat most of the blood was gone and his heart stopped beating, there for the shot came last and that is why no blood on the bullet as there was none left. The autopsy report indicated that.

She doesn't need to remember if there's blood on it...there isn't. That's a fact. It's on top of the blood. For it to have moved around rather than just land there, it would have had blood on it. The blood was there, and then the shell casing.
