I just rewound my TV and there are yellow crime scene numbers on the floor.

I replayed that last bit, where she got all teary. It is an evidence photo, taken by the police, not her. Yet the atty asks her, "WHERE WERE YOU TAKING THE PHOTOGRAPHS WHEN THIS HAPPENED?" she answers, "Outside the shower?"

She has a clear memory of the incident. She just showed the remembers him laying there in the shower.

HOLY CRAP, I'm stunned that she admitted taking that, but what the hell, who takes a photo like that knowing he's dead???


She's dangerous, lock her up for LIFE, at least.

The bottom line is that Jodi was never in danger that day, Travis was. She had a plan and she followed through. It's premeditated and she should be convicted of 1st degree. I don't know if the jury will give the death penalty or life in prison. In my opinion, her behavior was so depraved that she should get the death penalty.

The judge should have directed her to look at the picture as JM had asked her to, not break for lunch! ... JA does not deserve any kind of sympathy or the perception that the judge is being sympathetic to her in anyway ... I think the judge is being too soft ...

Just back from the dentist....caught most of the testimony only listening to my iPhone in the car.

Ugh, she did have a prior photo session with Travis and shaving, it's on his MySpace, this is such a waste of time to prove she's a manipulative liar. Another pissing match.

I hate to be in Jodi's corner here, but to me it does sound like she says prior when he was shaving, it took a lot of convincing (to let her photograph him while shaving) ... because he then went on to use that photo on his MySpace. He wouldn't have had time to use that day's photo on MySpace if she took it on the actual day.

Hate to side with her, but that's what it sounds like to me. Does look like he shaved right before his shower photo shoot too, though.

I agree with both of you! It made me nuts to listen to that pissing match. Jodie was stuck between a rock and a hard place trying to answer that.

In this case, I agree with her attorney. And I think if JM had a co-prosecutor, or whatever, that person could have helped JM get it straight.

there was talk that she took the dead photos and even showered with his body ...and washed him off...........

i hope he is gonna go very hard on her this afternoon and lays out how heinous it all was...

The only person that I know of who suggested she may have showered with the body is me. I speculated that she must have been bloody, and they said that he was washed off, so I wondered if that was where she showered, with him, and that's how he got washed off.

My lifestream is playing the whole thing over in fast motion! Too funny!

She confused the evidence photo taken by the police with one she might have taken. She missed those numbers and assumed the photo was one of her own.

ABC15 live web cam was just playing the prosecutor's reaction to when she broke down crying. While it was live, the camera was on JA.

It was odd, it kept rewinding...did anyone else see this? It usually just shows the seal. That was odd. They are showing it again now.

I was thinking the same thing.

I also hope JM talks about the gun still. I think we all want to know how she had so much time to get it down from the top shelf, if he was coming after her. Yet she never saw him coming after her. She assumed he was. Although he just kept coming and wouldn't stop. I see where JM is going with this now.
