Jodi Arias penalty phase retrial begins Monday, 9/29

Tthe letter is out there. I'm not sure if it was released by the family, or leaked. It is sick and twisted and I think it's pretty clear not one word is true. She mentions why she hates the family so ( Tanisha once posted online that Jodi was obsessed with Travis).

I may have thought Travis did have a relationship with her at some point, but now I know that other than a few weeks at the beginning, before her crazy showed, he DID NOT. He was kind and weak. She was an obsessed stalker who would have him, or no one would.

I'm not sure why this didn't come out in the first trial other than a mention. It's everything!

I read it as well. It is horrid. I hope that this jury gets to see it!

The jury is gettiing to see things. I wonder what they think about the defense going to a seminar to hire someone? That was sure jaw dropping. I am sure juan won't get the full contempt. But I am sure it wasn't the first time. I can't wait for Monday.

Besides the obvious horror of this loss, I can't help thinking that Jodi is finding pleasure in this tragedy, like it's karma biting back at Det Flores for what he's done to HER.

Just goes to show how unfair life is...who lives and who dies.

Oh goodness. I'm so sorry to hear that. There is no worse tragedy than losing a child. I pray his family can get through this. I hope they can feel, in some small way all of us out here in cyberspace who have grown to like and respect Det. Flores through this trial for justice for Travis. We are sending prayers and love.

I just read that this morning. It is very heartbreaking. My prayers go out to him and his family. I hope he can be relieved from the trial for some healing time. He surely does not need the strain of this trial as well.

I can't imagine the pain.

Was he done testifying for the trial?
I can't even imagine when he will be ready to go back in that courtroom, he needs to be with his family now and put that garbage out of his mind.
