I can't believe she is actually taking the stand. I really have to watch now. The cross on her should be exciting to watch. Hope he rips her up.

He has to be somewhat careful, as if comes on to strong the jury may feel sympathy, if he comes on to light that could turn on him. I do like how he is just letting her talk. It opens allot of doors for him to ask questions.

I've had InSession on this morning and they're replaying her testimony, and I want to bang my head against the wall. Sssllllooooowwwww. Really looking forward to Martinez going at her. No doubt she's got the tears practiced.

Some commentators are saying she'll claim that she blacked out after the killing and won't be able to answer anything about what happened to the gun/knife etc. And I'm guessing she'll just deny taking the one from her grandmother's house. It's the Casey Anthony way...deny deny deny!

The defense did start saying beating, she did not she said hit. I hope the jury caught that. It seems they took allot of Casey's trial over here. So many similar things. About the gun, all she kept say was she did not have a gun. We will have to wait and see. All they can do at this point is spare her life.
