Are you guys watching Nancy Grace? They are correct that when the defense is arguing with their own witness in front of the jury, it is not good.

I kind of feel that they are trying save her from the death penalty at this point.

Did you notice the female defense attorney writes everything the witness says down?

She has all different colored pens with her too.

I wonder if Nancy Grates would have that same conclusion week before last when the Prosecutor was so aggressive with Detective Flores in front of the jury.

I can't stand most of those talking heads on HLN/TruTV, the only ones I have any respect for is Beth Karas and Jean Casarez, the rest are just charlatans.

That is exactly what I am waiting on. There is a thread about a gunman who went on a school bus stole a child and killed the bus driver, and he is held up in a bunker. I don't know if this is still going on.
