Job Submission Status: Action Required? Huh?

Hi all, I have a question. I just submitted my application around an hour ago and got the "Thank you for applying" email and now my status says Action Required but I literally don't have a clue what that means since I don't have anything to do right now as I haven't gotten the email to take the WBI? Help?

The action required IS the WBI. You should be getting the email for the WBI very soon. It may already be posted to your dashboard if you want to check there.

Thank you for the reply, and yes the WBI email is there now. It just confused me because it took an hour to show up, while it said action required right after the thank you email. I'm gonna take it tomorrow because if I did now, I'd probably fall asleep on the computer, lol.
